Our FANTASTIC third annual Fundraiser, "A Night Under The Stars" BBQ Dinner and five-hour Gala extravaganza was held on Saturday, September 13th, 2003, from 5:00-10:00pm! This wonderful evening included top-notch dancers, instrumentalists, singers and thespians by Santa Susana High School's students, teachers, and additional talented individuals (see below for just a few of the phenomenal performers).
BELOW ARE JUST A FEW OF THE PHENOMENAL INDIVIDUALS WHO HOSTED AND/OR PERFORMED:
LARRY CARROLL, a famous News Anchor (Radio/TV Broadcasting, Production/Media), was one of our Masters of Ceremonies for the entire evening!
CHRISTOPHER J. DE PALMA, a FAMOUS Master Magician and Magical Comedian, who performs at the famous "Magic Castle", provided astounding magic to all!
ALEX NESTER, an alumna of the school, who is a dynamite singer (in July of this year performed with the FOUR TOPS in San Diego!). She previously won "Outstanding Female Vocalist" award at L.A. Music Awards when she was just 16 year's old! Alex presently has TWO albums (one Gospel and the other R&B) soon to be released!
BRUCE A. TEITELL, a singer/songwriter/comedian, was another Masters of Ceremonies and singer!
SPECIAL SURPRISE GUEST: "Britney Spears" Impersonator, CHERISE LEANA BANGS was wonderful! Cherise is also an Actress, Choreographer, Comedian, Dancer, Host and Singer!
